i quickly devised a plan to explain to the chapter that it would be more logical for me to stay in the hotel the first week since we would have more time off then and i would be less of a bother to them. i'm not sure they bought it, ... finally, the next morning i hopped on my very small plane to valdosta and arrived at my destination. thank goodness, my trouble was finally o-v-e-r! the very friendly chapter members greeted me at the airport, complimented my owl necklace ...
